At Tatsvayam, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with the policy below.
Return & Replacement Window
Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

- Reason for Return/Replacement
- Clear Photos or Videos (if applicable)
Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement
You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The product arrived in a defective condition.
All requests are subject to verification by our support team.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund details may be requested separately.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- The original packaging, labels, seals, or accessories are missing.
- The return or replacement request is raised after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Damage, leakage, tampering, or missing product issues are reported after 48 hours (2 days) from delivery.
Damaged or Missing Product Claims
If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing from your order, you must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Please provide:
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the product received
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, missing item, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by Tatsvayam.
In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
